 N2118 Norcold Cooling Unit Amish Built are  in stock ready to ship lower 48 USA only, no lead time needed.

  The Brand-new Amish built cooling unit  is designed to have a cooler boiler operating temp and produces a colder inside.

Cooling unit will Look different, but is  correct re-designed coils to fit the N2118.

Note!: it uses OEM LP Burner and OEM Heating elements  for the N2118. It still Uses OEM Norcold part.

1. All Upper Side vent Door baffle Must to be removed on all slide out models.

2. If In slide outs, fan/Fans has to be added to the top upper side vent to force & remove hot air trapped from the fridge upper area.

3.Only for the 2118’s factory has a disclaimer on their factory website that states for the 2118 they recommended the dual compressor unit in weather condition getting close to 95 to 100 degrees due to Norcold built the N2118 Box with thinner wall  insulation and it also has flapper door seal issues sometimes not sealing. Dual Compressor listed on our other website  rvcoolingunit.com . We have both the AC & DC dual compressor conversion in stock ready to ship, no lead time needed.

All Cooling units comes with Tube of Thermal Mastic cold Transfer Compound, spray foam sealer to make to the foam block when placed back air tight sealed, and foil back tape to give a nice finish look around the backer

If needed You must select liftgate in drop option during time of purchase, if you select a liftgate at time of delivery and did not pay your warranty is void till you pay. If you selected Liftgate during purchase from shipping option there’s no problem using the liftgate.

A commercial shipping destination does not include , RV Parks, Schools, Office Buildings, Storage lots,  Mobile Service or a property with residential structures. Has to be a stand-alone Store front commercial property. 

***We do not recommend this gas/electric cooling system for the Norcold N2118 RV fridge if the coach is being used in 95 degree or warmer climate because of the size of the fridge box and the poor insulation on the Polar fridge.  We do recommend using the 12vDC or 120vAC Dual Compressor replacement cooling systems which will do a better job of keeping your fridge/freezer cold in hot climates.

It is necessary to remove all air baffling from the top side vent and install the slide-out fan kit if your refrigerator is in a slide-out. This ensures proper ventilation and compliance with warranty requirements.
