The Fan 50 Plus PC Furnace Board by Dinosaur Electronics Pins is designed to replace the new Suburban® and Atwood® / HydroFlame® Fan Control boards as well as maintain backward compatibility with the Fan 50 Plus PC Furnace Board by Dinosaur Electronics since 1994.
The basic purpose of a Fan Control Ignitor Board is to shut the fan motor off if board fails to sense a flame after
the third ignition try. Thus, battery drain is reduced, needless blowing of cold air is eliminated.
The FAN 50 Plus Pins, after shutting the fan motor off, will wait for 1 hour and repeat the whole sequence again before
permanent shut down.
For 12 VDC Furnaces ONLY!
The “Fan Control” feature MUST BE USED for proper operation of this board.

IF you are replacing an OEM fan board such as the PN 232613 or PN 232614 in a
Suburban® furnace; or PN 37875 or PN 33488 in the Atwood® / Hydroflame® furnace, the
mode select jumper STAYS on both pins as shown. The and wires that
came in the box get used. Connect the spark wire to the spark
coil. Connect the power and fan motor wire onto the board. Connect
the main cable to either the 6-pin “edge” connector or the new
6-pin “header” style connector and you’re off and running!
Older Model
1) Move the MODE SELECT jumper one pin
2) Connect wires to the board – for power
and blower. They connected one way!
3) After installing the board, remove the “hot” leg to fan motor from the time delay relay
and connect to the “male” end of the wire. Connect the “female” end of the
power wire to the time delay relay terminal that used to feed the motor.
4) Connect the spark wire to the spark coil and the main cable to either the 6-pin edge
connector or the new 6-pin “header” style connector!
